My very first solo podcast '(un) Fit To Talk is a gathering of the most interesting people in the city of St. Louis that are out there making IT happen. Chasing their dreams, goals or who have very interesting stories about their life and how St. Louis has shaped them. Also, it's a great excuse to to talk with my friends and learn even more about them. On this very first episode, I talk with former tennis player, fitness model and Courtly correspondent Rachel Stuhlmann. I met Rachel in the middle of 2017 and we instantly clicked and have been friends since. I have seen her dedication and perseverance earn her opportunities that make her one to watch out in 2018 and most importantly in life. This is my interview with my friend Rachel Stuhlmann.
