We’re just over a month in since the grand opening of the The Factory, St. Louis’ newest music & entertainment venue located in Chesterfield, MO just off of I-64. The new music venue has spared to expense in creating one of the most state of the art facilities in the St. Louis region, rivaling the then new venue in town Delmar Hall. We reached out to representatives of the The Factory for a quick interview about the opening of the The Factory and why they felt it was something the people of St. Louis needed and also the bands/artists playing the venue.

The team at TSG and Contemporary Productions saw a void in the market north of 2,000 capacity, in a setting that didn’t have fixed seats. Most of the time bands want their fans to be able to move around and dance, which is the experience the customer wants as well. A lot of bands pass over the St. Louis market because there isn’t a place for them to perform. The Factory adds to the music scene in St. Louis and gives bands another opportunity to play the market. - The Factory

As of now the The Factory has hosted to country artists and legendary acts like Deadmau5 and will host to bands/artists like The Beach Boys, Joan Jett, Cheap Trick and The Roots. As well as emerging and established artists like Poppy, In This Moment, Black Veil Brides and Bleachers just to name a few. For information on The Factory and upcoming shows visit www.thefactorystl.com and follow them on all social platforms. We at Off The Record USA look forward to covering shows from The Factory which will be a staple in the St. Louis community for years to come.
