On The Ropes Wrestling Podcast coming to Off The Record USA
St. Louis, MO | February 24th, 2020
As of Sunday morning, February 23rd, 2020 the On The Ropes Wrestling Podcast will be part of Off The Record USA and it’s own growing network of podcasts including the Geeks Of The Galaxy Podcast and the official Off The Record USA The Podcast (coming this summer in 2020). On The Ropes Network which was the host for the On The Ropes Podcast for 5 years has officially merged with Off The Record USA, with the merge you can expect not only the podcast to continue when it is relaunched in March but you can also expect wrestling related news from AEW, WWE, Impact Wrestling, Ring Of Honor, World Class Revolution and interviews.
In the coming weeks, we will be re-releasing some of OTR’s biggest and most popular episodes from their 100+ episode catalog that include interviews with such stars as Rey Mysterio, John Morrison, Cody (Rhodes), Michael Elgin, Jay Lethal, Dalton Castle, Karlee Perez, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Joaquin Wilde, Deonna Purrazzo and more. Along with the audio comes some video content created before and we will continue creating new content.
“I think I can speak for all three of us when I say this 5 year journey with On The Ropes was transformative for us. We got to travel across the country interviewing some of the best that wrestling had to offer. Not only did we get to interview legends and future superstars but we got to do it together as friends, as brothers and as partners. It started as a small podcast with no real goals or ambitions and it quickly spiraled into the best experience of our lives. 5 years later, we are all in different places in our lives professionally and personally. We made amazing friends, shout out to Jerry Bostic for keeping us on our toes and making us laugh, it made the 7-9 hour drives from St. Louis to Oklahoma/Texas worth it. A special thanks to Crystal & Jim Yount of Dynamo Pro for giving us our first break in the wrestling business. This sounds like goodbye which IT’S NOT, we promise to be back for the relaunch in March with the same hunger and passion we had 5 years ago. Thanks and the NETWORK lives on. - Oscar, Tim, & Ray
