CONCERT SPOTLIGHT: Joseph

This months Concert Spotlight goes to the sister-trio of Joseph. Joseph comprised of Natalie, Allison and Meegan made a stop in St. Louis, MO at Delmar Hall for an amazing show. People from all different ages rushed into the hall and it was a great reminder of how music really does bridge all gaps between us. Having never seen the band/trio live and having only heard a handful of songs I went in with low expectations. I am glad to report I was wrong as I came out of the show bopping and bouncing to their tunes. As far as stage production, there was none, it was nice and simple with a touring band backing them up and great lighting for each set. Looking around the room I was in awe of the crowd and their love for this band. Some bands don’t stand the test of time but Joseph does. You listen to them live and see them live and you have a great show with high energy coming off the stage and in the crowd.
The February Concert Spotlight deservingly goes to Joseph, I cannot recommend them enough to people. Take a friend, take your family, hell even go by yourself if you have to and catch a great show with killer vocals. February’s in St. Louis can be pretty cold but on this night JOSEPH lit the concert hall on fire and had everyone on their feet dancing and grooving to each and every song. So, if Joseph is in you town, do not hesitate to buy your tickets and enjoy a rock’n’ good time.
