Last Week, Today: The Band Camino Rocks The Factory

T.J. Roth | ST. LOUIS, MO | JUNE 14TH, 2022

On a buzzing Tuesday night, The Band Camino rolled through St. Louis stopping at the Factory (STL) located in Chesterfield, MO. The bands rise in the music scene has caught fire and the fans at the show weren’t afraid to let them know! The band which is comprised of Jeffery Jordan, Spencer Stewart, and Garrison Burgess rocked to a kinetic crowd that sang from start to finish every song on the set.

After incredible sets by Games We Play and Renforshort the lights went down and the atmosphere changed. The crowd was humming as the they awaited to see The Band Camino hit the stage. One note later and the crowd at The Factory were screaming and jumping. Never have I been to a show for The Band Camino and seen this amount of love from the audience since the early days of Twenty One Pilots! From the very first note the fans were singing and hanging on every verse and chorus. The sound was finely tuned in the venue that I could hear so clearly every lyric and melody played and sung by the band. After having about a week to process the show and deep dive into the bands catalog of songs I can honestly recommend that anyone reading this go see The Band Camino live (at a city near you).

The crowd engagement, back and forth was amazing to see and I particularly appreciated the audience throwing roses on stage as “Roses” began. After a time away from live shows the crowd was ready to get back to the amazing live sounds of music. If this band isn’t on your radar they should be now!
